Biodermol Ambiente’s ethical and social commitment is SA 8000:2008 certified: for an ethical supply chain at every stage of its production cycle.

Biodermol obtains the European Patent EP 213824581 for the remediation of land polluted by hydrocarbons through the structural transformation of organic compounds created by microorganisms, a revolutionary biodegradation procedure. .

Biodermol is certified according to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 environmental management standard which defines the organizational structure and the responsibilities necessary to manage the environmental objectives of a company.

Giorgio Baruchelli takes over the business branch and founds Biodermol in Lavis (Tn), which continues to deal with the production of enzymes and auxiliaries for the tanning industry.

An important pharmaceutical group acquires Biochemo.

Umberto Molignoni with a degree in Industrial Chemistry and Pharmacy founds Biochemo S.p.a., a company that deals with the production of enzymes, heparin and pancreatin for the pharmaceutical industry.
